David Weber

I am David Weber, the newest member of KMS Partners. I love selling real estate and years ago it became apparent to me that there was no mystery to this business. It is about service, marketing, market knowledge, attention to details, creating good relationships with my peers and most of all caring about my clients. I love the challenges that this business presents, especially navigating through the transaction process. Clients who work with me find that I am their trusted advocate, putting their best interests first and many have become repeat customers and friends.

Professional Background: I joined KMS Partners in June of 2011. Before that I was with a competing real estate firm in Westport for sixteen years. I was the top producing agent for that office in 2007 and 2008 and achieved “Legend” status as recognition for 10 years of that company’s highest production levels. I have consistently ranked in the top 1% to 3% of agents nationally for productivity.

Community Involvement: Founding member for the Town of Weston’s Team for Sustainability
I served two years as Secretary for the Mid Fairfield Association of Realtors
I have been an active in the Weston Kiwanis Club for more than 14 years

Personal Background: I was raised in Massachusetts and moved to San Francisco in 1970 to start a rock and roll Band. After 15 years of touring and recording, I owned a recording studio in Hollywood. I retired from the music business in 1992 and moved to Kauai where I worked for a scuba diving company before moving to Weston, Connecticut in 1994. I currently live in Weston with my wife Deni. I still play in a local band on weekends, The Old School Revue.
