Martha joined KMS Partners, LLC and Coldwell Banker as a sales associate in 2008. KMS has been the #1 ranked Coldwell Banker Team in Fairfield County since 2009, based on volume sold. Martha’s real estate success essentially rolls-up the experiences across her professional life. Her New York ad career in consumer products for the Fortune 100, propels her to constantly zero-in on what drives the buyer to purchase, or the seller to sell. Years of effectively managing complex projects with teams of people, underpins her ability to clearly communicate to all of the channels in the real estate process, keeping everyone upbeat, informed and forward-focused. Personal Background: Martha and husband, Thad have lived mostly in Westport since 1986. Their three grown children, Lindsay, Dan and Sally, attended Westport schools from elementary through Staples High School. Martha grew up in Texas, and has also resided in New York, California, Georgia, and Illinois -- and as nutmegger, has lived in New Canaan and Greenwich, Connecticut.

Martha is seen regularly at the fitness club, or on the tennis courts with a serious, fun-loving group of players. She is learning golf, enjoys snowskiing, and has had her own motorcycle in the not so distant past.
