Martha blends strategic and tactical marketing expertise with in-depth real estate knowledge, to enable each home owner or buyer to achieve their specific value realization objectives.

In her New York City corporate career, Martha served as vice president at a major advertising firm where she was known for thinking outside the box to translate innovative ideas into practical, sales-producing solutions. She managed the national branding strategies and in-market execution of programs for leading products in high profile consumer categories including confection, snack food, haircare, skincare and quickserve. While raising children in Westport, she served as a marketing consultant, acting marketing director and investor in a private investment LLC specializing in new software technology.

Her strategic and tactical marketing expertise has proven invaluable in a real estate market where buyers and sellers are faced with many competing alternatives. Martha has been involved in the purchase, renovation and sale of six residential properties, three of which have been in Westport. The in-depth knowledge gained through effective investment, design, subcontracting, and value realization for each individual property, has enabled Martha to net a profit after all investment costs, well into the 7 figures for the properties. This hands on experience has equipped her with unique insights and skills that can help reduce the risk and cost for both first time buyers, and buyers considering substantial investments in properties. For sellers, Martha brings the skills to properly position an individual property to its target audience of potential buyers.

Martha’s community involvement has included PTA Executive Board, Toquet Hall Youth Advisory Board, Westport School District K-12 Language Arts Curriculum Committee, Westport Soccer Association, Girl Scouts, Staples Players Booster Club, and Greens Farms Congregational Church. When she’s not selling real estate, Martha enjoys weekly tennis games and occasional golf.

Martha and husband Thad have lived in Westport since 1986. Their three children, Lindsay, Dan and Sally, attended Westport schools from elementary through Staples High School.
