Susan Seath
As a full time agent and multi-million dollar producer, Susan’s commitment to her clients is to always exceed their expectations in every way. Her honesty, integrity, excellent negotiating skills, market knowledge and dedication make her #1 in her client’s eyes. She has a manner with people that make them feel at ease during the often stressful process of buying or selling a home.
Susan’s previous professional experience include: certified property manager—managing residential and commercial properties throughout Fairfield County, global equities portfolio manager, sales account executive and substitute teacher. She is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing. Her years in finance, sales and contract negotiation along with her strong ties to the community bring tremendous value to her clients, KMS Partners and the real estate industry.
Previously a home owner in Westport, she currently resides in Weston with her two daughters. Susan feels very strongly about giving back to the community. She served as a board member of the Community Nursery School in Westport, The Woman’s Club of Weston and the Elementary School PTO. She is currently on the board of Assessment Appeals for the Town of Weston, a board member of the Weston High School PTO and volunteers her time for the United Way of Weston/Westport and the Norfield Congregational Church.
